What We Do at Ballroom Dance Clubs of Atlanta
Ballroom Dance Clubs of Atlanta’s staff loves to dance, and we are all very passionate about teaching others to dance. Our mission to create champion students and professionals extends to every individual who walks through our doors. Whether you’re a beginner who’s never danced a step in your life or an expert interested in competing, there is a place for everyone at Ballroom Dance Clubs of Atlanta.
While each Ballroom Dance Clubs of Atlanta instructor has his or her own unique dancing style, they all teach the same curriculum. Therefore, if your instructor has to miss a lesson, another instructor can fill in without you missing a step. Additionally, our well-defined teaching method ensures that you and/or your partner easily master the fundamentals that will help cultivate your abilities so that your personality and strengths are showcased.
One of our favorite things to do is to watch a ballroom dance beginner grow into a competitive dancer. In fact, 15% of our dance students go on to dance at the competitive level; although, we are just as thrilled to watch students thrive while learning a new craft. We even have a Dance Club Patron program for students who turn dancing into a long-term hobby. Be sure to check out the rest of our website to learn more about our events and specials.
Dances We Teach
The curriculum at Ballroom Dance Clubs of Atlanta is very diverse including dances of North American, South American, African, and European origin. We teach American-style Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, and Eastern Swing, with Samba, Mambo, Merengue, Western Swing, Texas Two-Step, Bolero, Viennese Waltz, and Paso-Doble available by request. We can also teach International Style variations of these dances by request.
Our goal is to shape beginners into comfortable dancers no matter what styles you choose to learn and perfect the techniques of professional and competitive dancers.
